Legislator Tom Muratore (Fourth L.D.) recently attended the Ronkonkoma Fire Department’s Annual Installation Dinner, held at the Watermill Inn in Smithtown. Outgoing Chief Jonathan Santoli was recognized for his service and given a proclamation from the legislator; Joseph Masarovich, Ernest Pinaud and Roy Plume were presented Certificates of Appreciation for fifty years of service to the department. “I‘d like to express my gratitude to Chief Santoli and the entire Ronkonkoma Fire Department,” commented Legislator Muratore. “These brave men and women volunteer their time and risk their own personal safety to protect our community. It is important to acknowledge such dedication and commitment, especially those who have served over fifty years,” concluded Muratore.
