The 2nd Annual Kris Kringle Lobster Clam Bake took place on Saturday, September 10th at Camp Pa Qua Tuck, Center Moriches. The event was sponsored by the Moriches Rotary Club for the benefit of the Kris Kringle Fund, a fund that benefits local families in need during the holiday season. The owner of Harbor Crab, Mark Miller, prepared the food and donated a large portion for the event. Also available for purchase were beer, wine, burgers, hot dogs and corn. The event was organized by Kevin and Laura Dunathan. The entire function is run by volunteers. A bounce house entertained the kids, the band Sold Out played a variety of music and the famous Big Duck race winner won $1,600.
